Once again Poker Runs America’s Clarence/Rockland Poker Run held July 6-8 proved to be a success in the heart of the Ottawa River region. Over 28 boats and more than twice the participants were the tour de force that made the weekend as exciting as it was.

From Friday night’s “Boat Parade of Power” and “The Mustang Classic Cars Parade” to Saturday’s Poker Run and nightly entertainment, the two-day event went down as one of our most popular runs in the region to date.

What made the event extra special were the chartable donations for our on-going “Run the Wave” program, in support of Prostate Cancer Canada.

Coupled with the hosting facilities at the card stops and safety and courtesy on the water practiced by all participants, it was a weekend of pure enjoyment for the whole family. Power Boating Canada wishes to thank our sponsors and volunteers who made the event that much more exciting for all those involved.
